How many times do we hear this in a day – How are you? I’m tried. How was your day? It was good, but I’m tired
Fatigue appears to be at epidemic proportions in our workplaces, our families and communities.
Fatigue is running our productivity. We often live in fear of not having enough energy so we enter into a cycle of doing more with less, because we fear we will run out of this thing called energy.
Because running out of energy means we are sick; we are depressed or worse, it means that we become insignificant.
Fatigue is a real problem.
People are too quick to jump to a self-care band aid, or a workshop on yoga, or another foodie fad or resigning and starting a new job thinking it’s a workload management issue. All of these things are lovely, but they don’t address the root cause of the problem.
Fatigue is not the problem. The problem lies in how you are using the energy that you have.
Join us for this 45-minute workshop where Jo will uncover the 3 fatigues – Physical, cognitive and emotional. We all understand physical fatigue; however this is rarely the fatigue that is turning up in our modern workplaces. So, we are tyring to fix an issue we don’t understand with a remedy that isn’t fit for purpose.
When you understand the type of fatigue you are dealing with you can then address how to energise yourself in a way that is longer lasting.
