Meet Our Panel:

Sharen Sordo

Sharen is an experienced Project Manager ( client side) with postgraduate qualifications in management, marketing and a masters in project management.

She is passionate about major infrastructure projects and collaboration across sectors and with diverse groups.

She combined ‘analytical’ and ‘driver’ communication styles with the core values of integrity and accountability to deliver a quality outcome for managers, division and ultimately for her employer.

She brings to the table over 20 years of experience across many sectors (large scale construction, design consulting, local government, state government) and markets ( NSW, WA, Scotland, England).

Georgia Mitchell

Georgia, has over 17 years’ Senior Management experience in the Property Industry, specialising in Operations, Facilities, Sales and Marketing, with a proven track record in delivering profit, location expansion and the ability to attract and retain great talent.

As a leader and influencer, her strengths are relationship building, people development, ability to adapt, communicate effectively, and drive strategic business growth.

Her experience includes:

– Managing teams of 100+
– Financial & Budgetary control
– Expanding into new markets
– Local and national marketing campaigns
– Employee satisfaction and engagement
– HR, training, and recruitment

She is also a proud member of the Rotary Club of Sydney Cove and held the role of President 2015/2016 with the Rotary Club of Yarraville.

Alison Flemming

Alison is the General Manager Finance for Scentre Group and a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ) with over 20 years corporate and business experience, but she can’t stand being defined by a Job Title and fears the image that her fellowship might conjure up!

She’s a passionate leader and Diversity and Inclusion advocate for her business and industry. She also sits on the NSW Regional Council for CAANZ and the Advisory Boards for a few start-ups. Alison is a self-confessed lifeaholic who squeezes as much into her life, both personally and professionally as possible. Delivering commercial success and developing high performing teams is her day job, and in her spare time, she enjoys travelling the globe and keeping physically and mentally fit.

Janine Garner

Janine is one of Australia’s leading experts on networking, leadership, influence and collaboration. Janine has an honorary doctorate in Science from Aston University (UK), is the winner of an International Stevie Award, was voted one of Australia’s Most Inspiring Women (Madison Magazine), and nominated for Telstra Business Women Awards.

Janine is the Founder of the LBDGroup, a networking community of successful and results-oriented business women working collaboratively for mutual success.

Charlotte Valente

Charlotte is a dynamic Executive Leader with extensive experience in driving business transformation for sustainable growth.

Her relentless drive to understand customers has enabled her to constantly find new and better ways to achieve value-driven, customer-centric solutions and achieve exceptional commercial outcomes.

She has built a reputation as a leader that gets results and can balance creativity with effectiveness. She is known for strategic business development and outstanding execution that inspires stakeholders to take action. Her love of a challenge means she thrives under pressure.
